Using this app as an athlete
You do not need to use everything. Five minutes here and you will know which parts matter to you.
The short version
Train, log a couple of quick check-ins, and let the Dashboard show you what is drifting.
- Dashboard — your program at the top, trends below. Start here each week.
- Mental Performance — check-ins, cognitive training, wellbeing assessments.
- Technique & Physical Fitness — the exercise library, your pinned list and logs.
- Video Analysis — upload a climb and get movement feedback plus exercise suggestions.
Your first week
Fill in your profile (sport, interests, injuries), then do one recovery check and one guided session flow. That is enough to make the dashboard useful. The first-week checklist on the Dashboard tracks this for you.
A normal week
Rate effort and performance after activities, run one or two cognitive training blocks, and pin one or two exercises to work on. The weekly ring and streak follow whatever your training block expects, with a deload week showing a lower target on purpose.
Only got ten minutes?
Every activity card shows how long it takes and how often to do it. In the Mental Performance hub, the "I have 10 minutes" filter hides anything that will not fit.
Pre-comp, in-comp, post-comp
Use the phase filter chips to see only what is relevant right now: appraisal and arousal routines before and between attempts, reflection afterwards.
Who sees what
If you are linked to a coach, they can see your completions and assign protocols. Your written reflections stay yours unless the surface says otherwise. You can unlink a coach from the Athletes page.
Prefer to poke around instead? Every hub has a Simple mode that shows a handful of activities and hides the rest until you ask for them.
