Using this app as a coach

Link your athletes, prescribe in bundles rather than one item at a time, and let the rollups tell you who to chase.

Linking athletes

Athletes → Add athlete. Either create a managed profile (no account needed) or link an existing user by email — they accept the request from their own Athletes page. Managed profiles can be claimed later without losing history.

Prescribing

On an athlete's page, assign a protocol with a timing note and due date. Templates assign a whole bundle in one action — comp-week mental block, baseline intake, load monitoring, endurance base — and you can delete anything you don't want afterwards.

Reading the squad

The Coach dashboard shows recent completions, unread athlete comments, and prescription compliance. The "Needs attention" list surfaces who has logged nothing this window and who has overdue work, so you don't hunt athlete by athlete.

Viewing one athlete's program

Use the coach scope selector on the Dashboard to switch between team, yourself, and a single athlete. Athlete program views are read-only from your side.

Facilitator notes

Coaching modules (CET, MAC, challenge-vs-threat, interoception, self-compassion) are written for the athlete to run. Use them as session structure, and take the evidence notes under each card as your briefing.

Privacy

Assume anything an athlete writes in a reflective module is theirs. Prescriptions, completions and scores are the shared surface; treat journal-style content as private material and ask before discussing it.

Prefer to poke around instead? Every hub has a Simple mode that shows a handful of activities and hides the rest until you ask for them.
