Using this app as an evaluator
A short tour for reviewers, sport scientists and anyone assessing the app rather than training with it.
What to try first
Sign up, complete the persona tour, then run one guided session flow and one cognitive training block. That covers data capture, scoring, and dashboard read-back in about ten minutes.
Evidence and sources
Every assessment and training module cites its source under the card, with a plain-language note on why it works. Scores are shown with a low/mid/high band as text and shape, not colour alone.
Interpretation limits
Single-session scores on the cognitive assessments carry practice effects and known reliability floors. Nothing here is a diagnostic instrument; the wellbeing assessments are self-report screens for training decisions only.
What is still in development
Surfaces marked "in development" are explicitly labelled in the interface , including some biomarker capture paths and sport coverage beyond climbing. Camera-based heart-rate estimates are indicative, not clinical-grade measurements.
Video analysis
Upload a climbing clip to see pose tracking, annotated moments, a route map, and a general beta alongside a beta customised to the athlete's profile, including recorded injuries and adaptive needs.
Data handling
Data is scoped per user with row-level security; coaches only see athletes explicitly linked to them. Athletes can unlink a coach at any time.
Prefer to poke around instead? Every hub has a Simple mode that shows a handful of activities and hides the rest until you ask for them.
